What is Zumba?

Zumba is the Latin inspired fitness phenomenon!  It's a total body workout  w/ toning exercises and fat-burning dance moves.  Zumba is a spicy, upbeat mixture of salsa, merengue, hip-hop, belly dance, cumbia, african dance, regeaton, and much more!  This is dance fitness with the emphasis on fitness not complicated choreography.

Zumba is easy, aerobic, and fun.  The music is invigorating, Deana motivates you plus, your body and mind get all the benefits of shakin' your groove thang!
Zumba is mostly all low-impact.  Your CORE and waistline are two of the target areas during a ZUMBA class.  What this means to you:  You'll lose a size or two without having to compromise your back, hips, feet, and knees!!  AND you'll have fun doing it!

Who is Deana?

Deana has been involved with dance fitness since 1997.   She has lead a class of more than 800 people and is a personal trainer, working one-on-one with individuals with their personal goals.
